Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

No legal entity has been registered for this service. These terms are stated as the current operating practices of the tool. The operator has not yet established a legal entity, address, or jurisdiction. These terms will be updated when the operator's legal identity, address, and governing law are supplied. Until then, no binding agreement is formed by using this tool.

What this service is

Peekjson is a diagnostic tool that inspects JSON content — either pasted by a user or fetched from a URL — and reports parse errors and response characteristics.

No accounts, no stored data

Peekjson does not offer user accounts. No data you paste or fetch is logged, stored, or retained. Each session is stateless. Because there are no accounts, there is no way to delete an account or request data portability — there is nothing to delete.

No email, no alerts, no scheduled checks

This tool does not send email, notifications, alerts, digests, or scheduled re-checks. It has no way to contact you. Any feature described as "planned" on the pricing page is not available today and cannot be purchased.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability

Peekjson is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this tool, including incorrect parse reports, failures to fetch a URL, or data loss. The tool reports what it observes — it does not guarantee the correctness of third-party API responses.

No payment processing

No payment system is connected to this service. Pricing pages describe planned features that do not yet exist and are not purchasable. The demo checkout form is a demonstration only and does not process any payment.

Billing

This section describes the billing terms for the Pro plan and will apply once a payment processor is connected. Billing is not yet operational — see "No payment processing" below. Until a payment processor is connected, no plan can be purchased and no payment will be collected.

Pro plan pricing

What you get

The Pro plan includes everything in the Free tier plus saved parse history, team shared workspaces, and priority support — as described on the pricing page when each feature is built and available.

Failed payments

If a payment fails (e.g. expired card, insufficient funds), the charge will be retried automatically up to three times over seven days:

If all three attempts fail, the subscription will be suspended and Pro features will revert to Free-tier access. A successful payment at any point restores Pro access immediately. Accounts with invoices more than 30 days overdue may be permanently downgraded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
